Tankful Travels and Cathexis feature collections of writing that, by definition, are an "investment of mental or emotional energy in a person, object, or idea". Tankful Travels, a travel journal, exclusively explores New England through the region's cultural treasures, from the acclaimed to the relatively obscure. Cathexis, an anthology authored by Lisa Careau, encompasses a variety of literary forms including poetry and nonfiction prose. Together, Tankful Travels and Cathexis form the APD Blog, which is intended to engage the reader with a New England perspective and experience that is at once both personal and universal.
